General Overview

Welcome to zsjooyo.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the B2B commercial relationship between you (the acheteur, en grosr, or distributor) and Wuyi JOOYO Drinkware Co., Ltd. (“JOOYO Drinkware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a fabricant of acier inoxydable vacuum flasks and drinkware located in Wuyi, Zhejiang, Chine. By placing an order or requesting personnalisé services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Minimum Order Quantité (MOQ) and Order Processing

As a direct manufacturing facility, we operate on a en gros and en gros-order basis.

  • MOQ standard: Our standard Minimum Order Quantité varies depending on the product model and personnaliséization requirements. Please refer to the specific product page or your quotation sheet.

We specialize in personnalisé manufacturing to bring your brand to life.

  • échantillon Policy: We provide existing échantillons to verify quality. échantillon fees and international courier shipping costs are the responsibility of the acheteur. The échantillon fee can be refunded upon confirmation of a en gros order that meets our specific volume requirements.

  • OEM/ODM Responsibilities: For personnalisé logos, couleurs, and emballage, the acheteur must provide high-resolution artwork (AI, PDF, or EPS format). We strictly protect your Intellectual Property (IP) and will never use your personnalisé moules or patented designs for other clients.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Pour garantir une chaîne d'approvisionnement mondiale sécurisée, nous suivons les structures de paiement standard du commerce international :

  • Pricing Terms: Sauf indication contraire, tous les devis sont basés sur FOB Ningbo / Shanghai (Free On Board). EXW, CIF, or DDP terms can be arranged upon request. Prices are vacouvercle for 30 days from the date of quotation due to raw material (acier inoxydable) price fluctuations.

  • Payment Method: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

  • Standard Payment Structure: A 30% deposit is required before production en série begins, and the remaining 70% balance doit être payé avant l'expédition, après l'approbation de l'inspection de qualité finale.

Produition Délai de production and Shipping

  • Délai de production: Standard production en série typically takes 25 to 40 days after deposit receipt and final échantillon approval. Exact lead times will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.

  • Shipping delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, shipping line port congestions, or personnalisés clearance delays in the destination country.

Quality Assurance and Claims

We implement strict internal Contrôle qualité (QC) procedures before shipping.

  • Inspection: Acheteurs are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, TUV) at our usine in Wuyi prior to balance payment.

  • Defect Claims: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or shortages must be submitted to us with clear photographic or video evidence within 15 days of the cargo arriving at the destination port. We will actively work with you to provide replacements or credits for verified usine defects.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Chine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
