Terms and Conditions for JOOYO Drinkware

General Overview

Welcome to zsjooyo.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the B2B commercial relationship between you (the buyer, wholesaler, or distributor) and Wuyi JOOYO Drinkware Co., Ltd. (“JOOYO Drinkware,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a manufacturer of stainless steel vacuum flasks and drinkware located in Wuyi, Zhejiang, China. By placing an order or requesting custom services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Order Processing

As a direct manufacturing facility, we operate on a wholesale and bulk-order basis.

  • Standard MOQ: Our standard Minimum Order Quantity varies depending on the product model and customization requirements. Please refer to the specific product page or your quotation sheet.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only considered officially accepted once a Proforma Invoice (PI) has been signed by both parties and the initial deposit has been received.

Samples and OEM/ODM Customization

We specialize in custom manufacturing to bring your brand to life.

  • Sample Policy: We provide existing samples to verify quality. Sample fees and international courier shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The sample fee can be refunded upon confirmation of a bulk order that meets our specific volume requirements.

  • OEM/ODM Responsibilities: For custom logos, colors, and packaging, the buyer must provide high-resolution artwork (AI, PDF, or EPS format). We strictly protect your Intellectual Property (IP) and will never use your custom molds or patented designs for other clients.

Pricing and Payment Terms

To ensure a secure global supply chain, we follow standard international trade payment structures:

  • Pricing Terms: Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are based on FOB Ningbo / Shanghai (Free On Board). EXW, CIF, or DDP terms can be arranged upon request. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation due to raw material (stainless steel) price fluctuations.

  • Payment Method: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).

  • Standard Payment Structure: A 30% deposit is required before mass production begins, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment, after the final quality inspection is approved.

Production Lead Time and Shipping

  • Lead Time: Standard mass production typically takes 25 to 40 days after deposit receipt and final sample approval. Exact lead times will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.

  • Shipping delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, shipping line port congestions, or customs clearance delays in the destination country.

Quality Assurance and Claims

We implement strict internal Quality Control (QC) procedures before shipping.

  • Inspection: Buyers are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, TUV) at our factory in Wuyi prior to balance payment.

  • Defect Claims: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or shortages must be submitted to us with clear photographic or video evidence within 15 days of the cargo arriving at the destination port. We will actively work with you to provide replacements or credits for verified factory defects.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
